Chunky Sardines on Toast
Ingredients: 
  • 2 x 215g cans Saldanha Sardines
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 medium chillies, chopped - optional
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
Method: 
  1. Drain and mash the sardines.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a salad bowl.
  3. Serve with fresh bread, toast or on top of a tossed salad.

Takes about 10 minutes.
