Sardines on Toast

Sardines on Toast
Ingredients: 
  • 1 x 215g can Saldanha Sardines
  • 4 slices white or brown bread, toasted
  • Baby tomatoes - optional
  • Coriander - optional
  • Lemon zest - optional
Method: 
  1. Drain and halve the sardines lengthwise.
  2. Cut toast into fingers.
  3. Place halved sardines on the fingers of toast.
  4. Serve as above or with baby tomatoes, lemon zest and coriander leaves.

Takes about 10 minutes.
