Saldanha Tuna Smoor
Ingredients: 
  • 1 x 170g can Saldanha Flaked Light Meat Tuna in Brine, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
Method: 
  1. Sauté onions and chilli in the oil.
  2. Add the chopped tomato and sugar, and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.
  3. Add tuna.
  4. Toss with the onions, chilli and tomato and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Serve with steamed seasonal vegetables or fresh rolls.

Takes about 15 minutes.
