Sweet Thai Chilli Wrap
  • 1 x 185g can Saldanha Flaked Light Meat Tuna with a Sweet Thai Chilli Dressing
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 small red chilli, chopped
  • Handful fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • ½ red pepper, chopped
  • ½ avocado, sliced and drizzled with lemon juice
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin sticks
  • Handful of bean sprouts
  • 2 wraps*
  • Extra coriander for garnishing
  1. Toss the tuna, spring onions, chilli, coriander, red pepper, avocado, carrots and bean sprouts together in a bowl and spoon into the wraps folded into a cone shape.
  2. Garnish with coriander.

Takes about 15 minutes.

*Also a delicious filling for pancakes, rotis or pita breads.
