Sardines Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 x 215g can Saldanha Sardines
- 1 large pizza base
- 10 kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 6 – 8 sundried tomatoes, halved
- 8 – 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- A handful of fresh rocket
Optional toppings: When out of the oven, add sliced avocado
instead of the rocket leaves.
Method
- Coat pizza base with tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Drain and halve the sardines lengthwise.
- Place sardines, tomatoes and olives on top of pizza.
- Bake at 220˚C for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Top with fresh rocket before serving.
