Sardines & Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 x 215g can Saldanha Sardines
- 100g fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 chillies, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Packet black pepper OR mushroom sauce – optional
Method
- Drain the sardines.
- Fry onion and chillies until soft.
- Add spinach and toss for 3 minutes in pan.
- Remove from stove and arrange sardines on top.
- If using the sauce, prepare the sauce and pour over the mixture.
