Laticia’s Saldanha Pilchards Lunch

Ingredients
- 1 x 400g can Saldanha Pilchards in Tomato Sauce OR Hot Chilli Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chutney
- ½ cup mushrooms, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh rolls or toasted bread
Method
- Drain and flake the pilchards, placing them in a bowl.
- Using a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chutney, mushrooms, salt and pepper and microwave for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add the pilchards to the mixture, spreading on toast or fresh rolls.
