Chunky Sardines on Toast

Ingredients
- 2 x 215g cans Saldanha Sardines
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 medium chillies, chopped – optional
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
Method
- Drain and mash the sardines.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a salad bowl.
- Serve with fresh bread, toast or on top of a tossed salad.
