Sardines on Toast

Ingredients
- 1 x 215g can Saldanha Sardines
- 4 slices white or brown bread, toasted
- Baby tomatoes – optional
- Coriander – optional
- Lemon zest – optional
Method
- Drain and halve the sardines lengthwise.
- Cut toast into fingers.
- Place halved sardines on the fingers of toast.
- Serve as above or with baby tomatoes, lemon zest and coriander leaves.
