Sardines & Rice (Paella)

Ingredients
- 1 x 215g can Saldanha Sardines
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp masala
- 300g frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup rice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- Cook rice.
- Drain the sardines.
- Fry onion and leaf masala, then add frozen vegetables.
- Add rice and flaked sardines, mix all together and heat through.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
